Review of the successful change of the enterprise resource planning system

After 14 months of intensive preparation for process adaptation and optimization, accompanied by countless apparent regressions, but at least twice as much progress, quite a few overtime hours and weekend work, we completed the switch to the alphaplan enterprise resource planning system on May 04, 2020. We have successfully completed the required qualifications and validations according to GMP and GDP, labor-intensive workshops and extensive training between February 2019 and May 2020. We are pleased to have completed this labor-intensive project together with our partner. With the new ERP system, Paesel + Lorei is now optimally positioned for the future and is pleased to be able to offer its customers even greater added value.
