{"id":300,"date":"2021-02-28T14:38:20","date_gmt":"2021-02-28T13:38:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paesel-lorei.de\/?page_id=300"},"modified":"2026-03-24T13:46:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T12:46:52","slug":"authorisations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/paesel-lorei.de\/en\/authorisations\/","title":{"rendered":"Authorisations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our company is inspected regularly by the competent supervisory authorities and has the following authorisations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GMP Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GDP Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing authorisation in accordance with \u00a7 13.1 German Drug Law [AMG]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wholesale authorisation of medicinal products for human in accordance with \u00a7 52a German Drug Law [AMG]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wholesale authorisation of medicinal products for veterinary in accordance with Act 99 of the Regulation (EU) 2019\/6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal permit to handle narcotics in accordance with \u00a7 3 German Narcotics Act [BTMG] for domestic and foreign trade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal permit to handle Medical Cannabis in accordance with \u00a7 4 of the German Medical Cannabis Act [MedCanG] for domestic and foreign trade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate for Quality Management System in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 (2015)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the general legal and official regulations as well as the provisions of the trade association are complied with in their currently applicable versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our activities lie, without exception, within the framework of the statutory provisions. Predominant use is made, in particular, of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>German Drug Law [AMG]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the German Ordinance on the Production of Pharmaceuticals and Active Substances [AMWHV]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Ordinance on Trade with Human Medicinal Products [AM-HandelsV]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Ordinance on Trade with Veterinary Medicinal Products [TAMG]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the EU guidelines to GMP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the EU guidelines to GDP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the German Narcotics Act [BTMG]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the German Medical Cannabis Act [MedCanG]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>and these are correspondingly incorporated into our standard operating procedures.
